When configuring an assessment integration, you will need to enter the following details in System Admin > External Integrations. These fields will update dynamically based on the integration you select.
Provider Name | A unique identifier for the provider. This name will appear in the "Provider" drop-down menu once saved. Note: Only one provider per integration group can be active at a time. |
Provider Description | A brief explanation or summary of the provider service. |
Provider Reference | A unique Dayforce reference code (no spaces allowed). Note: This field cannot be edited once saved. |
Credentials | Enter the Username, Password, IntegrationConfigurationId, PartyId, and Partner System credentials provided by your third-party service. |
Provider End-Point URL | The mandatory URL used by Dayforce to send data to the provider. You must obtain this from your assessment service. |
Dayforce End-Point URL | The URL used by the provider to send data back to Dayforce. You must provide this specific URL to your service provider. |
The Sapia.ai representative will provide you with the provider reference, username, password, and provider endpoint URL. The remaining fields should be left blank.
