Follow these steps to configure Sapia.ai as a new external integration in Dayforce.
Navigate to System Admin and click External Integrations.
2. Click Add to start the setup.
3. Select Assessment from the External Integration Group drop-down menu.
4. Select Sapia.ai from the Provider list.
5. Enter a start date in the Effective From field. Optional: If the integration is temporary, define an end date in the Effective To field.
6. Enter the credentials provided by the Sapia.ai representative into the Tokens section. Specific requirements can be found in the External Integration Tokens.
7. Click Save to activate the connection.
