Before configuring Sapia.ai as your new external integration in Dayforce, please ensure any existing assessment providers are deleted. You can refer to this article for guidance, then follow these steps:
Navigate to System Admin and click External Integrations.
2. Click Add to start the setup.
3. Select Assessment from the External Integration Group drop-down menu.
4. Select Add New Provider from the Provider list.
5. Enter a start date in the Effective From field.
6. Enter the credentials provided by the Sapia.ai representative into the Tokens section. Specific requirements can be found in the External Integration Tokens.
7. Click Save to activate the connection.
