To enable one-click triggering of the Sapia.ai assessment, make sure the recommended elements have been configured as outlined in “Adding a Sapia.ai Assessment to a Job”.
Navigate to your job by selecting All Jobs > [Job Name], then click Job Setup.
Select the Stage Transitions from the menu.
Click Create a Rule.
Configure the rule as follows:
Stage: Select the relevant Sapia stage (e.g., Sapia.AI - AU) — this is when the rule will be triggered.
Action: Choose Send Take Home Test.
User Credited with This Action: Select the ISU User used for the integration (see reference here).
When: Choose Immediately.
