How to create battery/assessment package (workflow set)

  1. From the menu, click Assessment centre

  2. Click Manage batteries

  3. Click New battery

  4. Complete the following:

    1. Battery: Enter a meaningful appropriate name that will be easily recognizable to to the user (e.g. Sapia.ai – Contact Centre or use the workflow set name provided by Sapia.ai).

    2. Approx duration: enter the approproate time in minutes if needed.

    3. Environment: select Unsupervised

    4. Supplier: select PredictiveHire (Sapia)

    5. Package code: Enter the workflowSet ID provided by Sapia.ai

    6. Description: Enter a meaningful appropriate description for this assessment package if required.

    7. Launch URL:

      1. The webhook URL will be in this format:

      https://ph-ats-middleware.<region>.<environment>.predictivehire.com/<region>/ats/pageup/customers/<yourCustomerId>/tenants//order-notification

      Note: Contact Sapia.ai if this information is not available.

    8. UAT Launch URL: Same as above (Launch URL)

    9. Leave all other fields as blank/default

  5. Assessment result expiry days - set as required. Set to 0 if no assessment invitation should have no expiration date.

  6. Click Save to keep the settings.

Note: You will need to repeat this step for each battery (workflow set).
