How to set up an Integration System User

Learn how to easily set up an integration system user to streamline secure data exchange between Sapia.ai and Greenhouse.

In Sapia.ai, an ISU is needed to allow Sapia.ai to add a note to the candidate.

  1. Navigate to the Users section in your Greenhouse configuration settings.

  2. Create a new user and enter a username using your company’s email domain, such as:
    ​Sapia_ISU@mycompany.com

    Note: This should be a placeholder and not a valid email address.

  3. Provide the ISU with Site Admin permissions.

  4. Uncheck the Send invitation email box.

  5. Click Save to complete the setup.
