Navigate to your job by selecting All Jobs > [Job Name], then click Job Setup.
Select the Interview Plan tab.
Click Add Stage.
Scroll down and choose the appropriate Sapia.ai Stage from the list (e.g., Sapia.AI - AU).
Go to the chosen Sapia.ai stage and click the Edit Interview ✎ icon in the Interview Kit section (recommended).
Select which Sapia.ai assessment should be used for this job.
Under Graders and Notifications > Who should grade this test?, add the appropriate user to review the application/assessment result.
Click Save
Top tip: Stage names appear in various reports, so consistent naming across all jobs is strongly recommended.
Inconsistent stage names can complicate reporting. For example, naming the stage "Sapia.ai" in Job A and "Sapia.ai Interview" in Job B may make it difficult to track candidates accurately across reports.
