  1. Navigate to your job by selecting All Jobs > [Job Name], then click Job Setup.

  2. Select the Interview Plan tab.

  3. Click Add Stage.

  4. Scroll down and choose the appropriate Sapia.ai Stage from the list (e.g., Sapia US).

  5. Go to the new Sapia.ai stage and click the edit ✎ icon in the Interview Kit section (recommended).

  6. Select which Sapia.ai assessment should be used for this job (recommended).

Important: This is an optional service provided by Sapia.ai. We can automatically advance candidates to the next stage in the interview plan once they complete the Sapia.ai assessment. This feature helps your hiring team filter candidates who have completed the assessment. It is your responsibility to ensure the interview plan is set up correctly and that an appropriate step follows immediately after the Sapia.ai assessment. For more details, please consult your Sapia.ai representative.

  1. Click Add again.

  2. Click Add Stage.

  3. In the Create New Stage field at the top, enter a name for the new stage, such as Sapia Interview – To be Reviewed.

  4. Click Add.

If you choose not to use this service, inform the Sapia.ai representative and continue with the steps outlined below.

On the Interview Plan page, you can rename each stage if desired and drag and drop the stages to arrange them correctly in your hiring workflow. Make sure each stage name includes the word “Sapia”.

Note: The stage name appears in various reports. Using inconsistent stage names across jobs can make reporting more difficult. For example, naming the stage “Sapia” on Job A and “Sapia Interview” on Job B may complicate tracking candidates in reports.

When you do User Acceptance Testing (UAT), add [TEST] at the beginning of each job title in Greenhouse. This helps everyone know the job is just for testing and not real.
