Auto-advance application to the next stage after the candidate completed the Sapia.ai stage (optional)

Sapia.ai can automatically advance candidates to the next stage in the interview plan once they completed the Sapia.ai assessment.

This feature helps your hiring team filter candidates who have completed the assessment.

  1. Navigate to your job by selecting All Jobs > [Job Name], then click Job Setup.

  2. Select the Interview Plan tab.

  3. Click Add Stage.

  4. Enter a name for the new stage, such as Sapia Interview – To be Reviewed.

    Note: The stage name MUST include word "Sapia"

  5. Click Add

Note: Ensure this stage is placed immediately after the Sapia.ai assessment stage.
