How to manage/setup the automatic trigger in Teamtailor for Sapia.ai's assessment

From the applications view of a job requisition, click on the Triggers icon as per screenshot below:

For the relevant recruitment stage from which you want to trigger Sapia.ai's assessment, click the + Add trigger button in that stage.
As the Sapia.ai assessment is typically triggered at the top of the funnel, we recommend the trigger at the earliest of the application stage.

Click the "Assessment Sapia.ai .... webhook"

This will prompt a configuration window to choose which Sapia.ai workflowSet (assessment) to use for this job requisition and other configuration.
Configure the relevant options required for this job requisition.

Click Add trigger to add and save the trigger

When a job application reaches the designated recruitment stage configured in the previous steps, the candidate will automatically receive an invitation to complete the Sapia.ai assessment using the configured workflow set
