Use the Greenhouse support form HERE to submit a ticket requesting that the Sapia.ai integration be enabled. In your request, be sure to include the following:
The Sapia.ai stage to enable, which will be one of the following:
AU (Australia)
EU (Europe)
US (United States)
Your Sapia.ai representative will confirm which stage applies to your organization.
⚠️ Important:
Do not include the API key in your initial support ticket. Greenhouse Support will follow up with you separately to request the Sapia.ai API key. You may also need this key when adding a Sapia.ai assessment to a job.
