Sapia.ai is proud to be part of the Greenhouse Marketplace, allowing you to quickly and easily set up an integration.
To configure the integration between Sapia.ai and Greenhouse, the Greenhouse user must have Site Admin permission and the following permissions:
Edit another user’s advanced permissions
Manage ALL organization’s API credentials
Manage and configure webhooks
Sapia.ai’s Marketplace integration uses two Greenhouse APIs:
Assessment API – Used to import test options from Sapia.ai into Greenhouse and to share results/scores.
Harvest API – Used by Sapia.ai to retrieve essential information about candidates and jobs, as well as to update custom application fields and notes.
Note: Specific application custom fields in Greenhouse are required for the Sapia.ai integration to work. These fields will be created automatically by Sapia.ai via the integration.
