These issues are typically caused by cached data, browser extensions, outdated software, or network problems. Follow the steps below based on your device and browser.
🖥️ On Computer Browsers
Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)
Clear Cache and Cookies:
Click the three dots (top right) → Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
Select "All time", check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" → Clear data.
Disable Extensions:
Go to chrome://extensions/ and disable extensions one by one to identify any problematic ones.
Update Chrome:
Click the three dots → Help → About Google Chrome. Chrome will auto-update if needed.
Restart the Browser/Device.
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Clear Browsing Data:
Click the three dots → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data.
Disable Extensions:
Go to edge://extensions/ and turn off any unnecessary extensions.
Update Edge:
Click the three dots → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge.
Restart the Browser/Device.
