This can happen due to a couple of reasons.
For the best experience make sure you have the latest version of either Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. You can download any of these browsers either from the respective website or the App/Play store.
If you are using one of these four supported browsers and this ‘Unsupported Browser’ window continues to show after clicking the link; Clear your cache –
If you have done all the above and it’s still not working, copy the link into Incognito Window – this automatically clears all cache and cookies and will allow you to continue with your Chat Interview.
Another option to try and the most common reason for this to happen is because the link is open within the email app and not the browser itself.
