How to edit the 'Job Application' Business Process (bp: Job Application)

Access the Job Application business process (Default definition).
​Note: you may need to edit multiple BPs depending on your Workday configuration

Under Business Process Steps, click Edit Dynamic Definition and select an Effective Date for when the changes take effect.

Navigate to the Review tab and click the + icon to add a new row.

In the Specify field, select Assessment.

Select the Group responsible for moving candidates into this step.

In the Step Label Override field, enter a name such as Sapia.ai Assessment.

Arrange the steps in the order that best suits your workflow.
