With this option, the Sapia.ai chat interview is sent directly to the candidate's email, and no task will appear in the Workday candidate home portal (the opposite of the <a href="https://help.sapia.ai/en/articles/11509138-how-to-edit-the-assess-candidate-business-process-bp-assess-candidate-candidate-task-option">Candidate Task option</a>). The candidate accesses, starts, and continues the Sapia.ai chat interview via the link provided in the email sent from Sapia.ai.

Access the Assess Candidate business process (Default definition). ​Note: you may need to edit multiple BPs depending on your Workday configuration

Edit the business process definition and select an Effective Date for when the changes will take effect.

If preferred, specify a Due Date representing the time elapsed from business process initiation to completion, otherwise, leave it to default.

Ensure to have Assess Candidate step, if not exist, add the "Assess Candidate" step with <code>Initiator</code> as the group. ​
