You will need Sapia.ai's URL endpoint, username, and password. Have this ready to complete this step!
Contact Sapia.ai if you don't have those information
Navigate to Intelligent Services Center.
Select Update of Job Application Status.
On the right side of the screen, click Integration.
Click Create New Integration.
Select REST and JSON.
6. Name the job "Sapia Outcome Data."
7. Select Configure Fields.
8. On the left side, click the + button and select Insert Sibling Element.
9. Click on the newly added element on the left side of the screen.
10. In the middle of the screen, rename the element to "applicationId."
11. Click the icon next to the calculator.
12. From the list on the left, select Application ID (applicationId) and click Change Association to "Application ID".
13. Repeat steps 5β9, but name the next element "candidateId" and, in step 9, select Candidate ID (candidateId) instead.
14. Navigate to Filter, and add a filter set by browse the filter and find the vendorCode
in JobApplicationAssessmentOrder
, and click Change Association to "Vendor Code".
15. Ensure to add the filter value to Sapia.ai vendor code (externalPartnerCode) that is being configured in your SuccessFactors. See this for reference.
16. Change the Authentication Type to Basic Authentication.
17. Complete the REST API URL, Username, and Password fields using the information provided by Sapia.ai.
18. Click Save.
