How to add an assessment vendor

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Assessment Vendors
    ​⚠️ Note: Ensure your user has the Manage Assessment Vendors permission.If you do not have this permission, navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > select your permission role > Recruiting Management > Manage Assessment Vendors.

  2. Export the current file

  3. Add one more line to the file with the following details.
    ​⚠️ Note: Always export the current file before making changes. Importing the file without an existing custom vendor will delete that vendor.

  4. Import the updated file with the following information.

Value that the recruiter sees as the parent option for the list of Sapia.ai workflows.

Note: In some unique circumstances, this value might differ

Your Sapia.ai's customerId

Your Sapia.ai customerId. The customerId may be unique per environment.

Y for active

N for inactive

In certain cases, multiple assessment vendors may need to be created for multi-customer scenarios. Sapia.ai will provide guidance when this applies and can be contacted for additional details as needed.
