- Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Assessment Vendors 
 ⚠️ Note: Ensure your user has the Manage Assessment Vendors permission.If you do not have this permission, navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > select your permission role > Recruiting Management > Manage Assessment Vendors.
- Export the current file 
- Add one more line to the file with the following details. 
 ⚠️ Note: Always export the current file before making changes. Importing the file without an existing custom vendor will delete that vendor.
- Import the updated file with the following information.

| externalPartnerCode | SAPIA.AI | Value that the recruiter sees as the parent option for the list of Sapia.ai workflows. | 
| clientId | Your Sapia.ai's  | Your Sapia.ai  | 
| active | Y | Y for active N for inactive | 
In certain cases, multiple assessment vendors may need to be created for multi-customer scenarios. Sapia.ai will provide guidance when this applies and can be contacted for additional details as needed.
