How to create/modify assessment provider for Sapia.ai?

  1. From the menu, click Assessment centre.

  2. Click Manage providers.

  3. Click New.

  4. Complete the following:

    1. Supplier - select PredictiveHire (Sapia)

    2. Launch URL:

      1. The webhook URL will be in this format:

      https://ph-ats-middleware.<region>.<environment>.predictivehire.com/<region>/ats/pageup/customers/<yourCustomerId>/tenants//order-notification

      Note: Contact Sapia.ai if this information is not available.

    3. UAT Launch URL: same as above (Launch URL)

    4. Client ID: your customer ID.

    5. Leave all other fields as blank/default

  5. Click Save to keep the settings.
