Navigate to Settings/Admin > Administration > Apps & Integrations
If the correct Sapia.ai's region/environment (see here) is listed in the list of suppliers, skip step 2 below.
Head to the SmartRecruiters & Sapia.ai marketplace page and click Get Started
In the form that opens, select the radio button next to I have an existing contract with the partner and would like to use it through SmartRecruiters
When SmartRecruiters contacted you, please ask to enable the correct Sapia.ai's region/environment in Apps & Integrations. If required, contact your Sapia.ai representative to know which of the following stages for your environment.
