Request the integration with SmartRecruiters
Navigate to Settings/Admin > Administration > Apps & Integrations
If the correct Sapia.ai's region/environment (see below) is listed in the list of suppliers, continue to step 3
Head to the SmartRecruiters & Sapia.ai marketplace page and click Get Started
In the form that opens, select the radio button next to I have an existing contract with the partner and would like to use it through SmartRecruiters
When SmartRecruiters contacted you, please ask to enable the correct Sapia.ai's region/environment in Apps & Integrations. Your Sapia.ai representative will be able to tell you which of the following stages is correct.

Sapia.ai (EMEA version) - for clients in EMEA region
Sapia.ai (APAC version) - for clients in APAC region
Sapia.ai (US version) - for clients in US region
SANDBOX
(Testing or UAT)

Note:
SANDBOX only available at EMEA region (eu-west-1)
Obtain your SmartRecruiters customer ID
Make sure you are logged into SmartRecruiters in the correct environment (Production or Sandbox)
Open a new tab in your browser
In the URL field, paste https://www.smartrecruiters.com/backoffice/web/settings/home/data
Look for the ID number that shows before your company name
e.g. "company":{"id":"62cexxxxxxxba57fd4b726a0","name":"Your company"Provide this
Company ID number
andCompany name
to Sapia.ai’s ATS Configuration workbook or advice your Sapia.ai’s representative
You may need to do this twice: one for each of SmartRecruiters' environment (e.g. production account and sandbox account).
Configure the application process
Sapia.ai requires phone number & location to be mandatory. Please ensure that these fields in SmartRecruiters are marked as required.
Navigate to Settings/Admin > Career Page Setup > Career Pages & Job Ad
For each applicable Application Experience, ensure the
Place of Residence (City or region)
andPhone number
fields are marked as required
