Only after Sapia.ai has confirmed the integration has been setup in Sapia.ai's end, continue with the following steps.
Navigate to Settings/Admin > Administration > Apps & Integrations
Scroll down to find the correct Sapia.ai region/environment
The application will show a green dot if it has been successfully activated for your organization, skip step 3 and 4
If you can't find the correct Sapia.ai's region/environment, request the integration wih SmartRecruiters
If there is an orange dot, click on the application and select Connect
The screen will show you what information will be shared between SmartRecruiters and Sapia.ai. Click Allow & Continue
You should receive confirmation that the integration has been enabled (as shown in the screenshot below). If you are presented with an error, please reach out to your Sapia.ai’s representative for further help.
