My Camera and Microphone is not working!

Here's a step by step guide to follow when you have no retries left or you see a blank screen

When you are out of reties, your screen might look like this!

To fix this:

  1. Please try deleting your browser history and cookies from your browser. Instructions for specific browsers can be found here: Safari | Chrome | Edge | Firefox

  2. Once done, please close all browser windows and then restart browser and try to access your interview again in a New Private window.

    Instructions for this can be found using the appropriate link: Chrome | Edge | Firefox iPhone, iPad or Mac (Select the correct operating system for specific instructions).

  3. After that, just copy your interview URL into the address bar and the interview should load.

  4. Please ensure that you have provided Camera and Microphone Access.
    To check, please follow the following steps:

    You should then be able to successfully begin your Video Interview.
    You'll only have five attempts at each question though, so once you've cleared your browser and started again keep that in mind as you progress.
