What happens if I exhaust all available attempts to retry my interview?

When you are out of retries, your screen might look like this:

What to do when this happens:

  1. Try deleting your browser history and cookies from your browser. Then, close all your browser windows and start it again.

    Instructions for specific browsers can be found here: Safari | Chrome | Edge | Firefox

  2. Alternatively, you can also use your browser's New Private Window or Incognito mode.

    Choose the browser you're using to view instructions on how to open an incognito window: Chrome | Edge | Firefox iPhone, iPad or Mac.

  3. Then, just copy your interview URL into your browser's address bar and the interview should load.

If you are asked to provide a camera and microphone access, Click Allow.

You should then be able to do your video interview recordings again.

You'll only have five attempts at each question, though, so once you've cleared your browser and started again, keep that in mind as you progress.
