Sapia.ai has the option to move each candidate into another step in the hiring process depending on the Chat Interview recommendation (Yes/No/Maybe). Candidates can be moved into the same step or different steps.
If you use this feature, the completion steps must be identical across ALL related hiring processes.
Navigate to Settings/Admin > Configuration > Hiring Process
Click Edit next to the applicable Hiring Process
Under the In-Review section, click Add Step
Click Add Step again and give the status a meaningful name (e.g.
SAPIA.AI - YES)Click Add Custom
Repeat for the additional statuses you wish to set up (e.g.
SAPIA.AI - MAYBEandSAPIA.AI - NO)
Click Save
Repeat these steps for all applicable hiring processes.
Provide the custom status names verbatimly (and case sensitive) to Sapia.ai to be configured.
