Teamtailor: What You Need to Get Started

Sapia.ai is proud to be part of the Teamtailor marketplace, allowing you to quickly and easily set up an integration.

To configure the integration between Sapia.ai and Teamtailor, user should have Company Admin access.

Setting up API key

Sapia.ai requires access to specific API endpoints to function properly. A Teamtailor API key is needed to enable this integration.

  1. Navigate to Teamtailor Settings > Integrations > API keys

  2. Create New API Key with the following details:

    • Name: Enter a meaningful name e.g. Sapia.ai Integration

    • API Scope: Admin

    • Check both Read and Write

  3. Provide the API key to Sapia.ai in a secure manner

Enabling the integration

  1. To enable the integration between Sapia.ai and Teamtailor, connect navigate through Teamtailor's Marketplace page.

  2. Contact Teamtailor support team to enable Sapia.ai if the required region/environment is not listed.

  3. Navigate to Teamtailor Settings > Integrations > Marketplace Activations

  4. View settings for the relevant Sapia.ai marketplace partner​

  5. Complete the following:

    1. Customer ID: your Sapia.ai's customer ID

    2. ATS Tenant ID: normally it will be identical with Sapia.ai's customer ID
      However, if in very special circumstances, it might be different. Sapia.ai will provide further direction when required.

    3. Sapia.AI Password: Sapia.ai will provide the unique password for this instance of marketplace integration.
      Note: Contact Sapia.ai if you don't have these information

Keep in mind that this setup guide reflects standard or default procedures, though some steps may need adjustment based on your organization's specific configuration or business processes.

Sapia.ai requires mobile phone and name as mandatory. Ensure both fields are set to mandatory in the Application section when creating/updating the job. See below screenshot:
