To configure the integration between Sapia.ai and PageUp. PageUp user should have super user access, with permissions to add/modfify applicant profile and to add Assessment providers.
Sapia.ai’s marketplace integration uses the PageUp Assessment API for partners.
Keep in mind that this setup guide reflects standard or default procedures, though some steps may need adjustment based on your organization's specific configuration or business processes.
Sapia.ai requires mobile phone number to be mandatory and passed from PageUp.
Ensure the applicants mobile phone number (Applicant.sPhone2) in the PageUp applicant profile configuration is set to mandatory.
