Access the Maintain Recruiting Assessment Categories task.
Create a new row by clicking the + sign.
Enter Sapia.ai in both the Category Name and ID fields.
Provide a meaningful description (optional).
Access the Maintain Recruiting Assessment Tests task.
Create a new row by clicking the + sign.
Enter a meaningful appropriae Test Name that will be easily recognizable to to the user (e.g. Sapia.ai – Contact Centre or use the workflow name provided by Sapia.ai).
Choose Sapia.ai as the Assessment Category.
Repeat this process to add all the required assessments (referred to as workflow sets by Sapia.ai).
Click OK.
Access the Maintain Reference IDs task.
Enter Recruiting Assessment Test as the Business Object.
Replace the relevant Reference ID Value for the tests created by entering the Workflow Set ID provided by Sapia.ai
Click OK.
