How to maintain permissions for an ISSG

  1. Access the Maintain Permissions for Security Group task

    1. Select Maintain.

    2. In the Source Security Group field, search for the ISSG that was created or being used for Sapia.ai's integration.

  2. Add Domain Security Policy Permissions

    1. In the Domain Security Policy Permissions section, click the + sign at the top of the grid to create additional rows.

      Add the details as shown in the table below this page.

  3. Click OK, then Done.
    ​Please disregard any error message about activating the changes, as this will be handled in the next step.

It is recommended to grant access to these specific data below, such as:

  • Candidate Data: Aboriginal/Indigenous Identification

  • Candidate Data: Disabilities

  • Candidate Data: Ethnicity

  • Candidate Data: Gender

  • Candidate Data: Military Status (US only)
