Configuring the SmartRecruiters hiring process

Sapia.ai can be added to all required hiring processes. These steps below are the default and may differ from what your business may require.

  1. Navigate to Settings/Admin > Configuration > Hiring Process

  2. For each of the applicable hiring processes:

    1. Under the New section, left click and select Assessments (as shown in the screenshot below)

    2. Ensure the Preferred tab is selected

    3. Click Configure
      ⚠️ Note: you must click Configure - the search bar won’t initiate before the Configure button is clicked).

    4. Choose the correct assessment for this hiring process and then click Save
      Ensure to only select one!
      ​⚠️ Note: Only one Sapia.ai's assesment could be activated!

    5. Set the assessment to be auto-triggered then click Back

The assessment step will not commence if the candidate has been knocked out by a screening question.
