How to Attach Sapia.ai Assessments When Creating or Editing a Job requisition in Dayforce.

This guide explains how to configure these assessments to ensure candidates are evaluated effectively during the application phase.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure your user role is assigned the Recruiting: Additional Job Requisition Assessment access within the Authorizations tab of System Admin > Roles.

Configuration Overview

If your organization uses a third-party assessment provider, you can select specific evaluations to include in the job application process.

  • Default Mapping: If an assessment is already linked to a job assignment in Recruiting Setup > Integration Mapping, the fields will auto-populate when you open the form.

  • Manual Selection: If you have "Can Edit" permissions, you can manually select or adjust the assessment in the Assessment drop-down menu within the Job Requisition Details section.

Delivery Methods

Once an assessment is selected, you must choose a Delivery Method to determine how candidates interact with the evaluation:

Embedded in Application

Candidates must complete the assessment before they can submit their application.

Do not use if you utilize Indeed Apply, as it violates Indeed's posting guidelines.

Post Application Email - Manual

The assessment is sent via email after the application is submitted.

A recruiter must manually trigger the email from the Recruiting feature.

Post Application Email - Automatic

Candidates are prompted to start the assessment immediately after applying.

An email link is sent automatically and can be resent manually if needed.

Note: Internal candidates applying through the Careers feature may be exempt from assessments depending on your specific configuration. For more details, refer to the Internal Candidate Assessments documentation.
