How to Assign the Necessary Permissions to the Harvest API Key

Learn how to assign the right permissions to your Harvest API key in Greenhouse to ensure secure and effective integration with Sapia.ai, an AI smart interviewer.

You can now provide the API key with the appropriate permissions. Select the checkbox for each of the following access levels:

  • Applications

    • Get: Retrieve Application

    • Patch: Update Application

    • Post: Advance Application

  • Candidates

    • Get: Retrieve Candidate

    • Post: Add note

  • Users

    • Get: Retrieve User

  • EEOC

    • Get: Retrieve EEOC Data for Application (only relevant for US hiring)

  • Jobs

    • Get: Retrieve Jobs

  • Job Stages

    • Get: Retrieve Job Stage

    • Get: List Job Stages

    • Get: List Job Stages for Job

  • Custom Fields: Be careful not to select “Custom Field Options” accidentally

    • Get: Get custom fields

    • Post: Create custom field

    • Patch: Update custom field

    • Delete: Delete custom field
