How to create Integration System Security Groups (ISSG)

Find out how to create Integration System Security Groups (ISSG) in Workday to manage secure access for integrations.

  1. Access the Create Security Group Task

    1. Select the type of Tenant Security Group: Integration System Security Group (Unconstrained).

    2. Name the ISSG according to your organization's naming convention.
      Sapia.ai recommends using naming convention: ISSG_Sapia.

  2. Set Up Additional Configuration

    1. Enter a meaningful comment such as: "ISSG for Sapia.ai integration used in recruitment."

    2. Ensure the Context Type is set to Unconstrained.

    3. In the Integration System Users field, search for and select the Integration System User (ISU) that was created and used for Sapia.ai' integration (e.g. ISU_Sapia)
