When a candidate completes our assessment, they will receive a recommendation of "Yes," "Maybe," or "No."
Based on this recommendation, Sapia.ai has a capability to move the candidates's application to the appropriate SuccessFactors (SF) pipeline status.
To enable this functionality, please provide Sapia.ai with the status IDs for each recommendation outcome.
If these statuses don't exist in your system yet, you'll need to create them first. See: https://help.sapia.ai/en/articles/11468737-how-to-map-add-update-applicant-statuses
To find these IDs, follow these steps:
Navigate to Edit Applicant Status Set.
Select the applicable pipeline.
If there are multiple pipelines (application template), please also provide the application template ID that corresponds to each pipeline.
Provide the relevant status IDs and corresponding application template ID to Sapia.ai.
