How to create a subscriber event - assessment

Learn how to create a subscriber event for assessments in SuccessFactors to streamline talent management and performance tracking.

  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Event Notification Subscription

  2. Click the Subscriber tab

  3. Click Edit Subscriber

  4. Click Add Subscriber

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Category: Customized

    • Subscriber ID: This is the clientId listed in the Manage Assessment Vendor setup for Sapia.ai in your SuccessFactors admin center

    • Name: Sapia AI

    • Group: Sapia AI

    • Client ID: This is the externalPartnerCode from the Manage Assessment Vendor setup for Sapia.ai in your SuccessFactors admin center

    • All other fields: Leave as default

  6. Click Save

  7. Click the External Event tab

  8. Click Add New

  9. Enter the following details:

    • Event Type: rcm_assessment_alert_v2

    • Subscriber: Choose the subscriber name that you just created from step 5 above

    • Protocol: SOAP_OVER_HTTP_HTTPS

    • Endpoint URL: Provided by Sapia.ai

    • Authentication: BASIC

    • User: Provided by Sapia.ai

    • Password: Provided by Sapia.ai

  10. Click Save
