Navigate to Admin Centre > Manage OAuth2 Client Applications
Click Register Client Application
Enter the following details:
Application Name: Sapia AI
Description: Sapia AI is an assessment vendor used in the recruitment process
Application URL: https://www.sapia.ai
Leave all other fields as default values
Click Generate X.509 Certificate
Complete the fields as follows:
Issued By: Leave as default
Common Name (CN): sapia.ai
Leave all other fields blank
Click Generate
Click Download
⚠️ Note: This is the private part of the certificate, which SuccessFactors does not store. If you fail to download it now, you will need to repeat the OAuth setup process.
Click Register
You will be returned to the OAuth main screen.
Next to the item you just created, click View
Copy the API Key field
Send the downloaded certificate and API key in secure manner to Sapia.ai.
