To view a candidate's Video Interview Responses, navigate to the candidate listing and click 'Watch now' under My Rating
The Video Interview responses will open in Talent Hub, where you can play each video, provide a rating out of 5 for each question and add notes if you like.
Once you have rated the videos, the overall rating will be automatically calculated across all assessors and all questions; and displayed within the Candidate Listing or in the ATS.
Permissions are configured at a user level and determine whether a user can see other assessors' ratings or not.
Rating candidates: Recruiters
As a general rule, recruiters are able to see other assessors' ratings and comments, and the average rating for each question.
Rate each question out of 5, add a comment if you like, and make sure you click Submit to save your ratings.
Editing your rating: Recruiters
You can edit your rating and comments if needed. Click 'Edit', make the changes and click Submit to save your updated rating and comments.
Rating candidates: Hiring Managers
As a general rule, Hiring Managers are only able to see their own ratings.
Rate each question out of 5, add a comment if you like, and make sure you click Submit to save your ratings.
