High-level scores and ranking
At a high level, you can see how the candidate has scored overall and how their score is rated relative to the candidate pool and the market benchmark for that role. Click on the 'i' next to each metric for an explainer of how the metric is calculated.
Language Skills
Language scores are broken into two metrics for written English:

βFluency considers core communication skills for the candidate, relative to the general population.

Proficiency considers the application of complex language & structured thinking.
The scores shown are how the candidate scores for each metric, as compared to the general population (based on all the candidates that our Smart Interviewer has met - over 3 million people globally).
Skills Profile
You can see how the candidate scores for every trait the Smart Interviewer can measure, relative to the general population.
This enables you to get a general understanding of the candidate's personality traits and behavioral competencies and to compare them to candidates outside of the role family in question.
Chat Interview Responses
You can read the responses the candidate gave in their Chat Interview. This is useful for understanding the candidate, seeing what examples they used, and how they communicated. As this is their first interview, this is an opportunity to get to know shortlisted candidates before you meet them for their next interview.
Recommended Interview Questions
Smart Interviewer recommends next-stage interview questions for the candidate based on their Chat Interview responses. You can use them to ensure the following interview is personalized to the candidate and covers any consideration areas identified in their Chat Interview.
Personality Snapshot
Finally, you can see a high-level snapshot of the candidate's personality at the bottom of the report.
'Highlights' focus specifically on the trait the candidate scored highest for, which is considered in the model for the applicable role.
'Considerations' give information about the lowest scoring trait, based on what traits are considered in the model for that particular role.
