How to Configure the Candidate List Grid to include Last Assessment Score (Optional)

I. Create Calculated Field - Extract Single Instance

  1. Access the Create Calculated Field task

    1. Field Name: Enter a meaningful field name such as: "CF ESI Most Recent Assessment"

    2. Business Object: Job Applications, Prospects and Referrals

    3. Function: Extract Single Instance

  2. In the Create Calculated Field - Extract Single Instance in the next window, on Calculation tab:

    1. Source Field: Assessments

    2. Condition: Is True

    3. Sort Field: Assessment Date

    4. Sort Direction: Descending (Z to A)

    5. Instance to be Returned: First occurrence

  3. Click OK to finalize

II. Create Calculated Field - Lookup Related Value

  1. Access the Create a Calculated Field task

    1. Field Name: Enter a meaningful field name such as: "CF LRV Assessment Score"

    2. Business Object: Job Applications, Prospects and Referrals

    3. Function: Lookup Related Value

  2. In the Create Calculated Field - Lookup Related Value in the next window, on Calculation tab:

    1. Lookup Field: The field name that being put on the step above such as: "CF ESI Most Recent Assessment"

    2. Return Value: Total Score

  3. Click OK to finalize

III. Edit Candidate Grid

  1. Access the Edit Grid Configuration task

  2. Choose the Grid Configuration for the candidate grid that is being used (e.g. Default Candidate List)

  3. Add the Calculated Field – Lookup Related Value created in previous step.

  4. Label it accordingly (e.g. Sapia.ai Score)
