I. Create Calculated Field - Extract Single Instance
- Access the Create Calculated Field task - Field Name: Enter a meaningful field name such as: "CF ESI Most Recent Assessment" 
- Business Object: Job Applications, Prospects and Referrals 
- Function: Extract Single Instance 
 
- In the Create Calculated Field - Extract Single Instance in the next window, on Calculation tab: - Source Field: Assessments 
- Condition: Is True 
- Sort Field: Assessment Date 
- Sort Direction: Descending (Z to A) 
- Instance to be Returned: First occurrence 
 
- Click OK to finalize

II. Create Calculated Field - Lookup Related Value
- Access the Create a Calculated Field task - Field Name: Enter a meaningful field name such as: "CF LRV Assessment Score" 
- Business Object: Job Applications, Prospects and Referrals 
- Function: Lookup Related Value 
 
- In the Create Calculated Field - Lookup Related Value in the next window, on Calculation tab: - Lookup Field: The field name that being put on the step above such as: "CF ESI Most Recent Assessment" 
- Return Value: Total Score 
 
- Click OK to finalize

III. Edit Candidate Grid
- Access the Edit Grid Configuration task 
- Choose the Grid Configuration for the candidate grid that is being used (e.g. Default Candidate List) 
- Add the Calculated Field – Lookup Related Value created in previous step. 
- Label it accordingly (e.g. Sapia.ai Score)
