1. Export the relevant application template from Provisioning.
2. For each template where Sapia.ai is being used, provide Sapia.ai with the field IDs and corresponding application template IDs for the following fields:
Gender
Ethnicity
Veteran
Disability
Age
Note that Sapia.ai currently supports only the fields above
