Verify that Sapia.ai has been added as an assessment vendor before proceeding with these steps.
Go to Provisioning > Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages
Click Export > Submit
Fill in each of the columns according to the table below. Sapia.ai will provide a list of the associated assessment packages.
Click Upload
Select your file
Click Submit
Note: Assessment packages cannot be deleted once uploaded.
To update the name of an existing Sapia.ai's assessment package:
1. Export the assessment vendor package file
2. Update the required package\ name
3. Re-import it.
