How to add/update assessment packages

Verify that Sapia.ai has been added as an assessment vendor before proceeding with these steps.

  1. Go to Provisioning > Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages

  2. Click Export > Submit

  3. Fill in each of the columns according to the table below. Sapia.ai will provide a list of the associated assessment packages.

  4. Click Upload

  5. Select your file

  6. Click Submit

Note: Assessment packages cannot be deleted once uploaded.

To update the name of an existing Sapia.ai's assessment package:
1. Export the assessment vendor package file
2. Update the required package\ name
3. Re-import it.
