The Interview Scheduling by Sapia.ai Chrome extension integrates with your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and supports efficient interview scheduling, bulk actions, and candidate tracking. This guide also covers essential security, privacy, and extension identification details.
Note: Most organisations will automatically have the Interview Scheduling Extension added to your browser by your internal IT team. If that is not the case, follow this guide to install the browser extension manually.
Prerequisites
Chrome Browser: Ensure that Google Chrome is installed and up-to-date.
Sapia Account: While the technical team does not need a Sapia account to install the extension, an account with minimum permissions will be required if you wish to perform post-installation testing.

Installation Steps
1. Install the Chrome extension
Open Google Chrome and navigate to the Interview Scheduling by Sapia extension page.
2. Click the Add to Chrome button.
3. In the pop-up dialog, confirm by clicking Add Extension.

Once installed, a new icon for the "Interview Scheduling by Sapia.ai" extension should appear in the Chrome toolbar. If it doesn’t, click on Extensions and pin the Sapia extension to your toolbar.
2. Click the extension icon to open and log into your Sapia.ai account when prompted.
3. Configure the Extension
The extension does not require manual configuration. As soon as you access it, your ATS will automatically connect and begin pulling jobs and candidates into it.
Permission Setup: Users with a Sapia.ai account will automatically be granted access. More detailed, role-specific permissions can be configured in Edge.
4. Add extension for multiple users
If you are a Google admin for your organisation, you can automatically install the extension for multiple users.
