If you have applied for multiple roles that are similar in nature in the same company, your first or previous submission will be reused by the system for the new application if the questions have not changed within 90 days.

However, if you're applying for a different company that uses Sapia.ai, you're previous application from the first company (Company A), won't be re-used and will be an entirely new submission to the new company (Company B).
