What My Insights is
My Insights is a short, personal report you get after completing a Sapia.ai chat interview. Sapia.ai runs the interview for the employer you applied to and sends the report on their behalf.
It's a thank you. You gave your time to this interview, so we want you to leave with something worth having, whether or not you get the job.
Where your insights come from
Your insights are based only on the answers you wrote in your chat interview.
We use AI to analyse those answers and pick out the personality traits and work strengths they point to. We then match what we found to a library of descriptions our team prepared and approved in advance.
The words you read aren't written by AI when your report is created. Every insight comes from that library, so nothing is made up about you on the spot.
Clever technology matters. So does the person on the other side of it.

We only include insights when your answers give us enough to go on. Sometimes they don't: the answers might be very short, in a language the system couldn't analyse, or not related to the questions. Sometimes they just didn't show enough of the strengths this interview was looking for. It doesn't mean you don't have strengths. A few written answers can only show so much.
