Syncing jobs & candidates to the Interview Scheduling extension
Integrated customers
If you use Sapia.ai integrated with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS), jobs and candidates from the ATS will be synced either by manually clicking the sync button in the extension or through our backend synchronisation script, which runs daily.
Currently, we support Workday and Success Factors for Interview Scheduling.
It may take a few minutes to sync jobs and candidates from the ATS. Once the sync is complete, all users within the same organisation will automatically receive the latest data.
Unintegrated customers
For customers who use Sapia.ai's platform to manage candidates, jobs and candidates will be synced automatically to the Interview Scheduling extension from Talent Hub.
Moving candidates to the Interview stage from your ATS or Talent Hub
Once synced, candidates who have been marked as Interview in either the ATS or the Talent Hub candidate listing page will be transferred to the extension.
