You'll be redirected automatically from Edge to Talent Hub, where you can view and manage Job Requisitions and Candidates, and access Talent Insights Profiles and Video Interviews.
Job Requisitions
On the new Job Requisitions page, you can view, create and manage Job Requisitions.
Search for candidates and job requisitions;
filter the list to show only the job requisitions you are assigned as a hiring manager or recruiter for;
If you have permission to, create new job requisitions.
Candidate Listings
Within a Job Requisition, you can view and manage candidates.
view and edit the Job Requisition details, if you have permission to;
sort candidate lists and filter candidates using the quick filters or advanced filters;
search for candidates;
view and edit candidate details, and resend My Insights profiles;
copy the invite link for the Job Requisition;
close the job requisition, if you have the permission to do so;
view the Chat Interview scores and recommendations;
access Talent Insights profiles;
view Video Interview ratings, either only your own or the average rating depending on the permission you have;
access Video Review to review and rate Video Interviews.
