If a candidate has been invited to complete an interview but cannot find the email or link, you can resend the link to the candidate from Talent Hub using two methods.

First, log in to Talent Hub here

Navigate to the Job Requisition or search for the candidate using the search bar at the top of the page.

Once you have found the candidate, click on their name in the Candidate Listing

In the popup box, you can see the invite URL, which you can copy and send to your candidate.

You can also automatically send the link to the candidate by using the 'Resend invite' function.

The resend functionality must be configured first by Sapia.ai. Check with your Customer Success Manager or the Support Team that this has been completed.

Once you have found the candidate, check the box next to their name

Click Resend invite to current stage button at the bottom of the screen
