Self Help for Hiring Managers trying to login in to Edge

Here are some hints, tips and contact details to help resolve your access issues to view your Talent Insight reports.

IMPORTANT - Your Recruitment Team will be sending you links to view your video interviews when they are ready. Access the candidate video interviews via those links only.

I managed to login but see: "You don't have access to edge platform."

You managed to get into Sapia, but your limited permissions does mean this screen is as expected.
Now that you have been authenticated, you can click on a candidate's link and the video interview should now appear immediately (no need to log in again).

Please note - You will only need to re-login after a period of inactivity or if it's the next day.

I can't remember my password to login

Please search your inbox and junk mail for the email titled: Login details for Sapia. It will be sent from notification@product.predictivehire.com. If this fails, you can just reset your password upon logging in to view your candidate's Talent Insight Report (video interview).

When trying to login to Sapia, I'm locked out and have no attempts left?

Please wait for 5 minutes. Once you have reached the maximum attempts, the account is locked for 5 mins. After 5 minutes the account will be unlocked and you will be able to try again.
