When setting up a new workflow, the following components need to be decided.

  • How many stages will be included

  • The name of each stage

  • Which assessment packages to apply to each stage

  • The rules & conditions by which a candidate will progress between stages

Currently, stage one can only be FirstInterview, and stage two can only be VideoInterview.

The steps to create a new Workflow are outlined in this video, or you can follow the steps below.

To create a new workflow: select "Create New" on the Workflows page

When creating a workflow, you can either create a new one or duplicate an existing workflow.

Each stage can be given an optional custom name, and an assessment type and package must be selected.

Auto-progression

For multi-stage workflows, rules and conditions can be chosen that determine if a candidate progresses automatically to the next stage based on their FirstInterview responses.

If auto-progression is not set up, candidates will need to be manually progressed from FirstInterview to VideoInterview.
