Workflows are used to shape the candidate experience for a vacancy. They are created once, and then can be applied to multiple vacancies.

Workflows are applied to vacancies to determine:

  • How many interview stages are included in a vacancy

  • The rules for which candidates are progressed from the first stage to the second stage, and

  • Which assessment packages are used for FirstInterview. An assessment package is the set of questions and rules for scoring a candidate's FirstInterview responses. There is generally one assessment package per role type, e.g. Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate.

All vacancies require a workflow, and workflows cannot be edited once they are created. This is to ensure that candidates who are in the application process are not impacted if a change is made to a live vacancy.

Workflows can only be created and managed by Admins.
