The Diversity Dashboard gives you access to metrics relating to diversity, inclusion and fairness.
Diversity Dashboard Filters
1. Demographic Group - Filter/control
This filter allows users to view data segmented by various demographic categories. The available groups include:
Gender
Ethnicity
English as an Additional Language (EASL)
First Nations
Disability
Veteran Status
Use this filter to switch between these groups and analyse trends specific to each demographic.
2. Demographic Format - Filter/control
This filter provides two formatting options for demographic data, particularly for age and ethnicity. These formats are designed to accommodate the different preferences and reporting standards across regions and customers:
Standard Format: The standard view used by most regions or customers.
Alternative Format: A secondary format preferred by certain regions or customers.
You can toggle between these formats to match their reporting requirements or regional standards.
